- April 6th, 1917 to November 11, 1918 (World War I)
- Membership dues are $45.00 per year
- Complete American Legion Membership application
- Copy of your DD214 or Discharge papers
- Membership Dues Payment. Make checks payable to AMERICAN LEGION POST 141
- DO NOT SEND CASH
- Mail one copy to the post address and keep one copy for your records. You may also apply in person at the post.
