- Complete American Legion Membership application
- Copy of your DD214 or Discharge papers
- Membership Dues Payment. Make checks payable to AMERICAN LEGION POST 141
DO NOT SEND CASH - Mail one copy to the post address and keep one copy for your records. You may also apply in person at the post.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
The applicant must have served at least one day of active military duty during one of the dates below and have been honorably discharged or are still serving honorably.

- December 7th, 1941 to Present
- April 6th, 1917 to November 11, 1918 (World War I)

Veterans applying for transfers from your current Post to our Post must submit the following:

- Completed Transfer Application (Member Data Form)
- Copy of your DD214 or Discharge papers
- Membership dues payment, if current year dues are not paid. If current dues are paid, please pay dues for next year's membership.
